The tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit are ratified by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the European Tennis Association (ETA).
This circuit is composed of around 270 tournaments in around 60 countries. These tournaments carry prize-money of US$10,000, US$25,000, US$50,000 or US$75,000, as well as points awarded for the ranking of the International Women's WTA Tour.
They also allow young tennis hopefuls to enter tournaments on the WTA Tour.
